All orders shipped from China.

Do I need to return the item to China if it arrives faulty, broken or wrong model?

We offer free pickup from your location within the UAE and return the item to our shop in Dubai. The full order amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days. Please note that we do not accept exchanges, as we do not have stock in Dubai for these items.
